Pros

Great benefits, Good pay, ERG groups

Cons

Lower tier positions are subject to constant verbal abuse by callers, accolade doesn’t educate partnering companies on our role so people think we are the insurance company. We a glorified 3rd parties, we do the work for the clients employees but we cannot change outcomes or guarantee outcomes. The claims accolade makes are far more generous than what can be delivered and as a CSR you’ll receive the wrath of that dissonance from callers.
