Pros
Cool Product: The stuff we're working on is a serious problem for GTM leaders. It's awesome to be part of a company that's really changing things and making an impact for leaders and reps. Great Team Vibe: The people here are super friendly and supportive. Everyone's ideas matter, and it feels like we're all in it together. It's easy to chat and share your thoughts. Lots of Room to Grow: I've learned so much since I started. There are always new things to learn and ways to grow. Passion: Everyone here is really into what we're doing. It's inspiring to work with such a dedicated and motivated group of people. Leadership: It's amazing that the company has both a sales and an engineering founder. I've found that this is rare, and it shows when you only have one or the other.

Fast-Paced: Things move really quickly here, which can be a bit much sometimes. You need to be good at adapting and thinking on your feet. Limited Resources: Like any startup, we sometimes have to do a lot with a little. It can mean longer hours or juggling different tasks, but it also means you get to learn a lot and pave your own path to success.
