Pros

Good Compensation and good for party animals to have some fun here and there. If you know you know.

Cons

I have to think a whole day to write some cons because there are so much that I can't explain in this. Hiring and firing are going on 365 days. No matter if you are loyal employees and giving your blood 24X7. They can fire you for small mistakes and than the HR team will laugh like they have achieved something big. Everything in the PT team depends on the mood of VP. There is no lead by example. VP comes once in a month and scold everyone to follow 8 hr work from office schedules even HR claims that only 4 to 5 hours are mandatory but it depends on VP mood. Rules are not same for everyone in the Team. Some can do work from home but others have to come office no matters what happens. Be conscious on your notice period they can increase few days if you did something non ethical according to there norms (in mankind its ethical). The environment is become so hostile from few years after joining new HR. They have done so much changes in policy and doing micro management. As soon as anyone raise their query to HR they were like It was there when we worked a decade back. They are living in 2000s where company behave like a dictator. If someones priority is money over peace then its a nice place.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As an organization, we believe in fostering a culture of open feedback, be it from our existing team members or alumni. It's great to hear that you were happy with the compensation. Every year we strive to provide enhanced benefits to all the team members, and we are happy that we are able to achieve the goal. Based on the feedback, we understand that a part of your experience at Accorian could have been better. We are a growing organization, and we acknowledge that we have improvement areas. Here's sharing our point of view on certain points you have highlighted : 1. Why do we continue hiring 365 days? We are a growing organization, and based on business requirements, we hire lateral talent. Considering the dynamic consulting nature of our work, unfortunately, we would not be in a position to hire only at a certain period of the year. 2. Firing 365 days - Not sure if the number here is right. However, we acknowledge that at times we have to take the hard call to part ways with a team member on grounds like non - performance, non-compliance or ethical grounds. Feel free to write to people@accorian.com if you think we have terminated someone wrongly. 3. Leadership - The leadership team at Accorian is very versatile and comes from different spheres of the professional world. Each of us believes in fostering an open culture in the organization, and all team members are free to share their inputs/thoughts constructively. We have enabled our people with multiple platforms to share feedback such as - Know Your People (KYP), Ask Me Anything (AMA) with CEO & COO, Townhall, Coffee With COO. That being said, we are always open to feedback. Write to people@accorian.com Best Regards Accorian

Cons

There is a pattern of micromanagement, favoritism, and inconsistent behavior toward employees. Senior team members at times scapegoat team members when issues arise, reflecting a lack of accountability and ownership within leadership. Concerns raised rarely lead to meaningful action, and even newly joined employees are drawn into internal politics, which impacts team culture. Attempts to explain or clarify issues are often dismissed rather than taken seriously, which makes open communication challenging. Leadership tends to reward those who closely align with higher management, rather than encouraging independent or constructive feedback.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Feel free to write to people@accorian.com if you wish to share specifics. Being a consulting company, quality is the key for us and inorder to ensure the same, we might need to oversee project and have quality checks. At no point as an organization, we can compromise on the quality. Over the last 7 years, we have grown fast as an organization and this was possible only because of our team members who were open to take up outsized responsibilities. We recognise such efforts and this may be perceived as favouritism and biasness. Regards Team Accorian
