Thank you for sharing your feedback. As an organization, we believe in fostering a culture of open feedback, be it from our existing team members or alumni. It's great to hear that you were happy with the compensation. Every year we strive to provide enhanced benefits to all the team members, and we are happy that we are able to achieve the goal.
Based on the feedback, we understand that a part of your experience at Accorian could have been better. We are a growing organization, and we acknowledge that we have improvement areas. Here's sharing our point of view on certain points you have highlighted :
1. Why do we continue hiring 365 days? We are a growing organization, and based on business requirements, we hire lateral talent. Considering the dynamic consulting nature of our work, unfortunately, we would not be in a position to hire only at a certain period of the year.
2. Firing 365 days - Not sure if the number here is right. However, we acknowledge that at times we have to take the hard call to part ways with a team member on grounds like non - performance, non-compliance or ethical grounds. Feel free to write to people@accorian.com if you think we have terminated someone wrongly.
3. Leadership - The leadership team at Accorian is very versatile and comes from different spheres of the professional world. Each of us believes in fostering an open culture in the organization, and all team members are free to share their inputs/thoughts constructively. We have enabled our people with multiple platforms to share feedback such as - Know Your People (KYP), Ask Me Anything (AMA) with CEO & COO, Townhall, Coffee With COO.
