I am working in AccountSight from 1 year and 6 months. Nice environment and great product to learn technical stuff as this is Product based company. People are working for both the software's are very experienced who knows both the functional as well as technical knowledge, Leadership is very active unlike the firms I have experienced before. This keeps up the motivation. There are plenty of options to keep learning new skills. Perfect work-life balance. Higher management is engaging and helps in resolving the issues. Salary as per industry standards and very good raise every year as per our performance. they understand the need of employees and make a comfortable environment for us always. i am great-full to be a part of this organization.

A great company to work at. no Cons

Pure product based company. Both the products are very solid and doing well in the market. No politics at all. Performer is always appreciated. Get to learn too many things. Best place to work if you want to be a full-stack developer. Most suitable for those who are stuck in their monotonous routine jobs and want to work in a fast paced environment and make an impact.

Not much right now. Since it is still in a startup mode hence the flat organizational structure may appeal to some while it may not to others.
