Pros
They reward salespeople with top-dollar compensation, often without requiring meaningful performance. Easy to collect a paycheck, enjoy a company card, and receive a generous $1,200 car allowance
Cons
They offer top-dollar compensation to salespeople, often with little expectation for meaningful performance. It’s one of the most backward-thinking organizations I’ve come across. This is not the right environment for individuals who are motivated by results, accountability, and true performance-based rewards. If leadership takes a personal liking to someone, they may offer guarantees, but overall, the structure feels disconnected from real achievement. The system makes it easy to coast, handing out paychecks, company cards, and a generous car allowance, with minimal oversight or measurable outcomes. This organization isn’t equipped to support or retain driven, high-performing talent. Leadership lacks vision, and teams that are supposed to be there to support like marketing and R&D are useless. It’s honestly hard to understand how the company has managed to stay afloat this long.
