Pros
Will not fire you unless you really crap the bed. I really can't think of much else.
Cons
EXTREME micromanagement. The management team is awful. 0 human interaction at work, all the talking you do is through email, and bi-monthly company meetings are completely useless, every team just says "we're busy" and you go back to doing your work. Teams are forced to give up their weekends for work, for months on end, and all management does is say "thanks we appreciate all you do." Pay is garbage, and don't expect a good pay increase for any of your yearly evaluations. Will constantly try to train you on things you did not sign up for in your job description but will not increase your compensation along with it. Management only cares about their bottom line. This means they will pay you as such, and will find ways to save money as much as they can instead of investing it into their staff to prevent burnout and turnover in the industry. Management will keep staff working tooth and nail every day for months on end because they would rather have 5 people on a team working day and night, rather than 7-8 people comfortably working so that people can actually get a good work-life balance. Employees are forced to work weekends because the teams are so bare bones you don't have the option to take a day off, not even for the weekends in some cases. Not to mention, the PTO structure is absolutely abysmal, so you can only take 5 days off the entire year without having it affect your income. They expect you to dedicate your life to this company like it's some kind of family, but they only want to keep the staff small enough so they are not spending too much money on their employees paying their already low salaries.
