6yThis is, obviously, not the opinion of the vast majority of folks that work here. We currently have 114 employees. Some of our best agents came here with no experience, no licenses and within months were earning over $8k a month. No degree necessary. Desire is the key. Not sure whether you're suggesting that we start out our relationship with our new people with a drug test that says "we don't trust you"? Really? If someone is found under the influence on the job, yes, they would likely be terminated, but they would anywhere else as well. Lack of tech? What are we missing? AI?
Dozens of folks have left our company over the years, and then returned. Who would do that if things are as you say they are?
As anyone can see, this review is nothing more than sour grapes from the type of person many of us have worked with at some point or another. Read all the reviews and you'll get a more accurate feel for what we're all about.
