Pros
They hire college students so it will give you good experience while finishing your degree. Co-workers are great, but that's also because you bond over the poor management together almost immediately, and more than likely you will have similar interests.
Cons
Gosh where do I start... -You will get screamed, cursed at and told you should work at mcdonalds for mistakes you can't control, which is harassment. -Management and owner will tell you directly to your face that they do not care about you, your health, or your problems. -People are constantly quitting or getting fired so the turn around is so high that you never have any consistency. -You won't get trained properly because they never hire enough techs, you're constantly understaffed. So they rush you into analyses, and when you make a mistake due to your improper training, they will write you up or even fire you. - Almost everyone (except for management, of course) is underpaid, undervalued, and overworked but you're expected to perform as if your being paid $70,000 a year. -FAVORITISM- You won't be able to excel in the company at all because only relatives and lifelong friends get good benefits and the good jobs, even when they are unethical and under-performing consistently. -Health benefits are a joke- The company does pay the full premium which is super nice, but the owner expects praise for being "so gracious" and paying for the "best insurance available" - No, the deductible is high, you pay for 100% of any emergency room visit, and high co-pays. You can get better insurance literally anywhere else, and you won't have to wait 6 months for it. Also, you shouldn't be praise for providing a basic insurance plan. They also make every excuses to not give you any benefits. You can start in January and you won't start accruing PTO til August. -HR is literally the biggest lie there is. There is no HR dept. It is one person who does payroll, and has you fill out your employee packet. If you have a complaint about something or someone, put it in a shoe box because it will be worth more there.
