Ace Metal Crafts is a very disciplined company. The company invests in employees, and thrives on developing people. It's a very safe and comfortable place to work. They consistently re-invest in new technology. Generally speaking, employees respect one another and they care about each other and their work. The company has clear expectations of the employees and freely shares important information throughout the company. There are five values the company lives by, which can be prevalent in the employees personal lives as well. These values are communicated clearly. People are held accountable for their actions, but also recognized for good work. The company (specifically the ownership) continually focuses on improving the quality of peoples lives and process improvements. The leadership (management) team have a high level of trust in the workforce. There is low employee turnover, and employees tend to stay for long periods of time. Visitors regularly comment that they have the "warm, fuzzy feelings" while there.

The leadership team has been in place for many years, which makes it difficult to advance your career (depending on your role).
