Very political and Unfair management. There is no HR in-charge to deeply investigate the working issues of the staff. Top management listen to one sided story/information. They are making unfairly judgement and decision. They used to listen to the good story teller (with political motives) without deeply investigation. For example, a woman was abused and humiliated but the story was twisted and judge that she is fabricating a story. She is a victim of a staff and victim again of the judgement and decision by the management. Very Political and Unstable work environment. that even you are dedicated and working hard, if there is a person who was recommended by a company known person, you will be removed without consideration.

Nice office. Easy commute. Parking.

Acentic is rumoured to be up for sale for all sorts of negative reasons but ultimately senior management and owners are at odds and disagree. The business needs investment, better people, and needs to stop leaking cash opportunities. It's going nowhere fast. Finance department are blamed for everything here but it's not their fault. The issues in this business are deep rooted and not owing to any weakness in any one department. Strong people are needed to stand up to the owners and stand up to the ceo as both are not what they seem.
