Lots of support from coach and leadership team overall. Very friendly staff. There is opportunity for growth.
Cons
Low retention rate for teachers. Poor balance between work and personal life. Not enough flexibility for teachers to be creative in their craft. Things are constantly changing, usually at the teacher's expense.
