-no support from coach -expect you to walk around the classroom the entire day and praise students - no sitting down -over 30 students -no designated lunch time (have to be on for student lunch time) -work/life balance is poor (always have to take work home) -barely anytime to prep -cant keep teachers -if you're late by even ONE MINUTE clocking in, they will send you a warning via email
