The pay has went down to $12/hr but the job description continues to grow. I am single with no kids and the health insurance is OVER $200/month ($105 PER PAY PERIOD). The service is beyond horrible. Contracts that auto-renew, service apt 2 weeks away, but sales appts offered the same day. Not allowed to leave your seat during certain times. Must raise your hand to go to the bathroom. Regular employees cant get a raise but create stupid "newly created" positions to those favored, example, Bob is over the call center, then Ebony & Ivory are call center managers, then you have 6 call center supervisors, and last but not least you've 5 call center assistant supervisors--WHO ALL WORK IN THE SAME CALL CENTER--one desk apart!
