      Pros

      Growing company, that is investing back in the company. Lots of new equipment being installed, Offices renovated in the last 5 years and most importantly, friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      It's heavy manufacturing, so you can get dirty. But with recent 5S emphasis, the whole building is getting cleaner and more organized daily.
