Pros
The pay was not bad. The schedule was Monday-Thursday which was great. Interesting work.
Cons
Sometimes hard physical labor. The benefits were not worth paying for. There is A LOT of travel which includes very early mornings sometimes. The team I worked on had a few lazy people who would drag their feet so others would do more of the work. We couldn't leave until the project was done, so this happened a lot.
