Pros
Incredibly interesting industry. Many of the people are talented, earnest, and kind.
Cons
Somewhat toxic c-suite leadership, very slow salary growth even when changing roles, little to no recognition for doing great work. Chronically short-staffed due to high turnover, and piles the extra work on existing employees. No culture to speak of -- leaders and employees are only in it for themselves.
