Pros
During my tenure at Acquoen, I was lucky enough to get hybrid and complete remote options which gave enough time to handle household responsibilities alongside the job duties. Management is considerate enough about holidays. if you have leaves, you can take without any questions being asked but yes during high pressure times you have to manage work / breaks.
Cons
- Many in the organization were not aware of the product and its working which creates confusion in terms of clarity on what we do and as a result improvement suggestions only come from a few selected individuals. (not good for the growth of company as well as an individual since the employees may feel disconnected with the real aim and targets) Slightly unsafe since it is a transitioning brand. Job security depends on team and requirements. They won't think much before slacking. (Although all IT companies are like that these days)
