Flex PTO, Hybrid work schedule, decent pay depending on who you work for. Company name recognition by other companies
Cons
Leadership, minimal raises, poor bonuses, no promotions, you have to apply advance, constant changes in structure, mediocre benefits, for a “fintech” company, horrible equipment, zero room for growth. Too many managers. ZERO COMPANY CULTURE AND MORALE
