I encourage you to refer to the Glassdoor Community guidelines (found here: http://help.glassdoor.com/article/Community-Guidelines/en_US), as they have standards in place to protect the integrity of reviews posted. I would also encourage you to raise your concerns offline to someone you feel comfortable speaking to – either your manager or HR.
