      Good health care, good benefits

      Cons

      The heads of the company may think the care about the individuals working under them, I do not believe they ever have. Neither Jeff or Ashley have lives outside of the company so every part of their brain is taken up by this company. If they sense that you do not feel the same way about your job and career their they will view you as weak.

      Very flexible on work schedule, great team to work with. Would definitely refer this company to anyone looking for employment.

      Wish there was a San Diego main office.

      Commute challenges due to location. Heavy Traffic.
