If you want to make more money you can pick up more jobs to make that money. There is no micro managing throughout the day you are completely free to do your work .Which is work that you schedule yourself. Your production checks once a month are pretty good in the thousands. It is year round work. With a satisfactory driving record you get a take home company vehicle and a company phone.

Sometimes it is difficult to get your customer scheduled and you end up having to drive like 2 hours in one day just to get that 1 person completed. It's pretty mind numbing work that a monkey could do. If you like to use your brain and troubleshoot, you will not like this job.
