Speak up at your own risk. - Opaque and erratic decision-making: Priorities change daily depending on who’s shouting the loudest or which manager is throwing a tantrum. - No work-life balance: no OT pay or OiL offered when working weekends. Sometimes, management even expects you to work past 12am. - Many of the 5-star reviews were requested by management and written under supervision.
