Pros
The company actively fostered leadership skills development and boosted employees' value and professionalism in the work environment by providing the opportunity to gain certifications, educational/ training opportunities and professional skills development, fostering career advancement advancement and personal growth for all 200 or so employees worldwide, and provided generous project completion bonuses and perks to the 10 or so permanent employees in the tight knit team environment which was the pods department, the only department to generate a quarterly profit for the company in its approximately 15-20 year life, but which was also the only department seemingly put up on the potential chopping block quarterly (see cons).
Cons
Company started on the right track with a foundation of innovation and ambitious potential but plateaued then eventually sank into bancruptcy. An inability to compete due to poor financial management, a lack of sound business principles, and poor planning. inhibited potential growth from a publicly traded tech sector and energy sector engineering/manufacturing startup into a salient profitable corporate entity.
