Pros
It’s a really great introduction into the tech field. It has really helped evolve my critical thinking through bug finding, looking at different aspects of the game to try and find bugs/issues and reporting them in a way that the developers can understand what the problem is.
Cons
Most of my work at Activision is done individually which has its pros and cons. It’s a little more difficult for me to not be working closely with a team, I can do it but I work better with people.
