No salary for interns and no work-life balance. I even got a phone call at midnight. The work environment was chaotic, unorganized, and unprofessional. I was applying for the market research position, surprisingly, I was eventually appointed to deal with financial documents and run administrative errands most of the time. They just want free labors to save their budget , such a horrible experience.
