Pros
Benefits? Well, I don't even use the benefits so now I really can't think of any pros.
Cons
Management does not know how to talk to their employees. Some are rude and condescending and lack the necessary soft skills in order to relate to their team. The focus is more on when something is done wrong rather then when something is done right. If an employee gets kudos from their client and the manager knows about it, the manager is tight lipped and they don't extend any applaud or appreciation but let something go wrong, they are quick to "meet with you." Terrible management approach. "Leadership" lacks diversity...not gender but rather race. There is only ONE African American male manager in the entire company, no black women at all. They have this guys picture on several company sites to try and sell diversity but that doesn't fool anyone.
