I am working at admavic from last 2 years almost at gurgaon office as a content manager . i was doing research on content about admavic . found lots of negative positive reviews on google . i thought that i can share my experience . First of all : Admavic is a completely different place . if u want to grow and want to learn then only join admavic . else not need to apply . i also face same types of issue for first 3 months . when you are join in a company , before you need to read the policy first . do not assume that admavic following the same book which followed by ur previous employer . every company have rights to follow there own policies . if you survive for at least 6 months at admavic . then your life will be easy , and you can feel in real world that you are different that others . after 6 months lots of thinks will be easy for you . and if you work admavic for 12 months , after admavic you can not fit urself in other organization trust me . i tried and failed . 1) admavic given you entrepreneurship mind set . 2) In admavic i started dreaming for my future . 3) admavic taught me to become my own boss . 4) In admavic in learned how to give competition to western world . after joining of admavic i felt by heart that western world want indian as employee , not as co worker or not want indian as partner or not want indian as competitor . 5) i got to know the reality of my own value . 6) i got introduced with myself . Fun Part Extra : i learned tarot reading from CEO Arijeet Sir , Learned meditation (7 chakras balancing ) , Sending & Receiving Telepathy , 3rd Eye Waking , and yes international affiliated world summit at germany ( when you are in summit almost 10000 techy person are coming from all corner of globe , that place you can feel the respect to be part of #TeamAdmavic )
Cons
1) Many Person Said That boss is rude . its wrong . Boss is allowing you to test the cream part after completing 6 month of time . 2) don't judge admavic that admavic treat employee as slave , its normal , if you can not do work then company don't need you , if you are not capable to generate funds for company , then why company will pay you salary , even why company will allow u to come office and seat . 3) Admavic don't run on useless hard working people . admavic run on smart worker , so, if u have not brain to do smart work then don't apply admavic . what kind of brain you have that can not give certificate by yourself . as proverbs " if u say MAD to a MAD person , they get angry " . May be you are good at other company , you try other company , but not in admavic . 4) Attrition ratio of tesla & Spacex is 98-99% . so, if admavic follow the same rule to build something in india like Tesla or SPaceX , i don't find arijeet da is doing any wrong thing . bcoz some times i am taking interview as well . and find lots of candidates who are good means very good at the time of interview but when we give them work they simple wasting our time and we are running always behind deadline of delivery project . for that cases if we loose the client , then those useless candidates have no rights to stay in admavic and no rights to take salary form admavic . because here have many people who working hard with and generating funds for company . and if useless people will get salary for no output then it will hurt our dignity . yes we all old employees are with arijeet da . 5) if owner arijeet da terminated any employee , then do not count that he terminated by his own , he taken discission from all old team members then he terminating . 6) I saw most of cases and almost all negative reviews on google , on trust pailot are given by those candidates only when either they get rejected at the time of interview or they got terminated for break the policy or they got terminated for molesting girls in side office . when they are working at admavic or getting salary from admavic , did not given any review on google or trustpailot . when they got rejected or terminated , that time they are putting negative review , using slang to directors , arijeet da . 7) I am in admavic for almost 2 year , and i am connected with core management almost so, i know inside story , in kolkata & delhi , specially in kolkata there have many person who want to join admavic as employee , and want to steal/ collect the business secret ,client details , how admavic got success , the path of success . When arijeet da caught all these stuff , simple he kick them off from admavic . later on those con artist putting negative reviews on google , trustpailot just dial whatever to down reputation of admavic . 8)Do not try to play conn game with boss , as he is a spiritual person , and tarot reader too . instantly or in few days he will definitely caught your tricks . then he will kick you out from admavic . Read All of point carefully before applying admavic . i given my trues review & Experience about admavic .
