Lack of transparency from executive leadership Leadership doesn't listen to experts or evidence when making business decisions, often leading to a cycle of major financial set backs. Lots of unnecessary politics and back bitting. Regulatory experts are ignored and unsupported. Massive change happening quarterly, with little planning or respect for the concerns of employees.
