Pros
We have some of the most amazing people I have ever worked with across Tech, Medical and Product. We are now a successful and profitable business. Flexible and remote working is a big plus at Ada, but we also have some lovely offices. There's lots of autonomy and opportunity to make a difference and have a big impact.
Cons
The industry has been tough to work in with tight cost control needed to reach profitability We had layoffs in the past but not in 2023 and not expecting to have these in 2024 either. High level of compliance. We are a medical regulated device.
