On inclusion and gender equity:
We’re proud to share that nearly 30% of our Leadership Team is made up of women (2 out of 7), and we’re actively working to grow representation across all areas, including technical roles. In addition to our Leadership Team, we also have women in key leadership roles in HR and Development, reflecting our commitment to inclusive leadership across departments. We recently celebrated Women’s Week to highlight the impact and contributions of the women at Adage, and we remain dedicated to building an inclusive culture.
On layoffs and parental leave:
It is not accurate to say there have been layoffs every year. While we've had to make difficult decisions in response to broader economic challenges, they have not occurred annually, and we always approach such decisions with care, transparency, and respect for those affected. Additionally, the claim that layoffs were tied to maternity leave is categorically false—Adage fully supports parental leave and is committed to treating all employees equitably.
On business focus:
Our nearshore growth is part of a global strategy, not a shift away from domestic teams. We continue to invest in our people and deliver meaningful work across regions.
