      None. One would probably work there when there's nowhere else to head to. Not recommended to step in unless you do not mind a job with no prospects.

      Cons

      Unfairness. Tough to work with employees that's related. People with ties tend to assume a superior role, giving nasty treatments and incorrigible demands.
