      Your fellow coworkers are great.

      Cons

      The sales pay changes on a wim depending on the mood of the owner. Which you will have to deal with the highs and lows on a daily basis depending on how he feels that day. It is a pretty toxic work environment. I will never work for a family owned company again. There is also no advancement throughout the company. No work life balance they want you there all the time. You can do a million things right and the one mistake is under a microscope and all the good does not matter.

      You want to make unlimited income? This is the place to be. The formula is simple, you kick butt and you will do well...very well! One disgruntled ex-employee seems to be writing all the negative reviews. Sad to see someone given the chance of a lifetime totally blow it ... his character or lack thereof is totally showing through.

      Good schedule M-F 8-4:30 Decent pay Awesome co workers Free health insurance

      Strict unreasonable quotas Small sales pit - when you mess up or you're "not liked" by others, you can feel the energy and it sucks No room for growth at all whatsoever Owners girlfriend works there and he gives her all the good accounts, as well as his two kids that work there
