Pros
They will hire anyone, so if you want to get experience in the career field and are willing to eat dirt for a year or two you will qualify for a "real job" with some companies who require experience. It's a good job if your trying to get a good job I guess.
Cons
Management, HR, workload for those with integrity vs slack load for those without. Communication, consideration, but most of all the constant blatant lies told from managers starting at the very top. Keys to success at ACET; 1. Get your desired salary up front, you will not get a raise. 2. Make sure you document everything, verbal promises are as good as the paper they're written on. 3. Don't point out the lies the management tells you unless you have a new job ready. 4. Don't stand up for yourself (unless see above) 5. Give as little notice as possible when you are going to quit...this is not a joke, they'll punish you for 2 weeks if you give them that. Also when you consider that you only give notice to a company you want be able to work for again you will realize that it's not a big deal to finish your shift one day and then turn in your badge without a precursor. I did my time with ACET and it felt like a prison sentence. I was not let go (even though the management wanted/tried to fire me) and I was a solid performer throughout the contract. These guys are bad. They show favoritism, they are bigots, they will grind you up and blame you for things you had nothing to do with. You can't trust any of the management, and you shouldn't, and they know that but they still lie to you.
