Eat what you kill model. Some level of flexibility in schedule.
Cons
Owner is unstable will be fine one day and worried that the sky is falling the next. Was pitched the idea that it was a growing organization and within a year virtually all of new employees were terminated. The only staff remaining are the legacy employees that have been there 10+ years
