      Good culture, respects work and life balance Very nice and friendly people Firm is invested in your growth

      Not an issue with Adams Street, but with FoF in general, work can feel less exciting the more you do it

      You will learn a lot

      Cons

      No more equity program for all employees. Becoming way too corporate. New CFO doesn’t give a you know what about anyone besides himself and his team in NY. CEO is based out of Austin while everyone else is out of Chicago/NY/Menlo/etc.
