This job is exactly where you need to be if your compassionate! Adapt pays for your insurance which makes more of your money free for your bills, on top of paying for insurance the pay is competitive and Adapt is generous with PTO. The best part of Adapt is the administrative staff is 100% invested in the welfare of their employees and 100% understanding. I have never worked for a company that would check in with me and care about my welfare such as Adapt.
Cons
If you're not capable of understanding people are at their lowest in their lives when they come for your services you will not be happy. This job requires so much genuine compassion, if you're not in it to help those who suffer from the disease of addiction then it will be hard on you.
