      Watching and waiting to figure out when the fist fights are going to start popp'n off.

      Cons

      This place is nepotistic and the environment is hostile. You can forget about building a career here. There's no room for advancement and if there was they are going to put there unqualified buddy or cousin in that spot.

      Pros

      Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

      Cons

      Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
