There is literally no pros about this place!

Adaptalift does not value their employees the way they should. Pay is below what people deserve, and there are no clear pathways to earn a pay rise unless you play office politics. Hard work alone doesn’t get recognised, which is discouraging for anyone genuinely wanting to progress. It’s a frustrating environment where effort often goes unnoticed, and advancement feels more about who you know than what you contribute.

- No recognition of hard work - No annual discussion initiated by management to increase wages. - If other employees leave, be ready to take their work. Many times no one is hired in their stead.
