Pros

This has been the fastest and most supportive interview process I’ve ever experienced. It really reflects how healthy the culture is at Adaptive . The people are genuinely friendly, respectful, and invested in making you feel welcome. Beyond the great atmosphere, the benefits are a real plus too , from breakfasts and snacks at the office, to restaurant tickets, private health insurance, and a competitive salary. It feels like a place where both people and their work are truly valued.

* Smart colleagues * Interesting problems * Cloud forward I think this is a good example of a place using the cloud for innovation in fintech and it's cool to be a part of.

Cons

It's still consulting. You have to work with some frustrating customers from time to time.
