      Pros

      Supportive management, opportunities for career enhancement, super clever team members, wonderful early careers training programme, great team morale / relationship building initiatives including an annual D&I festival amongst others. The exec team do actually care, and are actually approachable. Awesome offices.

      Cons

      It's a consultancy so you always have to deal with clients, which can be wearing at times but it does mean you get to work on different things throughout your time.

      * Smart colleagues * Interesting problems * Cloud forward I think this is a good example of a place using the cloud for innovation in fintech and it's cool to be a part of.

      Cons

      It's still consulting. You have to work with some frustrating customers from time to time.
