Pros

Competitive PRN rate. Rapidly growing team in Houston. Easy to communicate with schedulers, clinical managers, peers and leadership. Peers have been helpful to problem solve questions. No pressure to decline visits (as PRN) that are out of territory. Leadership seems focused on quality care over financials and does not push for over treatment.

Cons

Rapidly growing team with staff changes, at times frequent changes to SOP. Home care home base tablet system can feel outdated and redundant at times (but they are working on new charting systems).
