      - They have some really deep technical projects - Complete Remote role - Gives you any package you ask - Unfortunately the Pros have Cons itself!

      Cons

      - Hire & Fire Rule : You get One escalation you will be on their radar and will keep intimidating you - Trust me you will get escalation because they want to lay you off - PMs don't encourage resources. They throw all employees under the bus
