Helping small and medium size businesses grow and become more successful is really rewarding! Speaking to happy customers who are getting more leads and becoming more profitable as a direct result of the work you are doing is a great feeling! There are around 100 staff divided over a number of teams. Every single team is different from sales, customer service and technical. I have the advantage of working with all the teams in the business and they are welcoming, passionate about what they do and great fun too! I've made some amazing friends here that will be friends for life! The wages are good and I feel rewarded for the work I do. I've taken advantage of the cycle to work scheme and the business allow me extra paid holidays to complete charity challenges which is great. The training is good and career progression is possible when you have the right attitude. I've been here 5 years and can see myself being here for a long time.
Cons
The business is based in Altrincham and I feel we sometimes lose out staff wise to agencies in Manchester. We're a full service Digitial agency that specialises in the SME market, We have over 3000 customers but sometimes feel we're misunderstood as an agency because we choose not to manage really high value, big brand accounts. Our hearts are with our SME's and helping them to grow!
