      Pros

      Smart, kind & amazing people to work with, interesting product with great growth potential, unbelievable perks (free food, free dry cleaning, gym stipend), great office culture, endless opportunities to add value and grow your career.

      Cons

      This is not a negative for me personally, but can be for some people. The job is what you make of it at Addepar. It is up to each employee to figure out how they can best add value to the firm and build their career. Managers will support you, but you have to figure it out for yourself.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Cons

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
