Nice start up perks. They are sincerely creating an environment that fosters building together. Finance management encourages leveraging experience and sharing ideas. People are nice to each other. Give you the tools you need to do your work. CFO, Controller, and Accounting team are experienced and easy to work with.
Cons
Open bullpen office with reduced sized desks can be a little cramped and distracting when you need to put your head down and knock out a project.
