      Great comapny with great product to offer. Matured start-up.

      People management sometimes can be a bit questionable depends on who is the manager and it seems that it takes a long time for HR to correct some people manager issues.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
