Flexible schedule, and they will hire anyone without a really bad criminal record

Flexible schedule, as in you never know from one day to the next when you will work. You will be sent into situations with almost no information. Having served over 30 different clients, I will never un-see the things I've seen. Almost every person on disability is a hoarder to some degree. I was terrified of what I was taking home to my family. So many homes did not even have soap, forget something to dry your hands, that you are supposed to wash after 'toileting'. You are provided with 25 pairs of gloves a month, but I felt that was good for maybe a week.
