      Upper management is supportive. My job is clear I know what is expected of me I work in a positive work environment. I am appreciated and acknowledged I love ADDUS

      I have worked hard for many awful bosses in my life time of working. By far this is the BEST!! I have nothing to say that is negative!!

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
