Pros

Great benefits, medical, dental, vacation/sick time, 401k, etc. The continued growth, employee lunches, clean office, free coffee and water.

Cons

High turnover, unwilling to keep good employees, pay is not parallel with the work and expectations. Letting certain people get away with a lot of crap only because they are friends with management. Hostile environment because the work is high volume and less than a third are even qualified to do the job. It reminded me of junior high, if they don't like you, you are outta there!
