      Working as a Recruiter is a very rewarding job as you are constantly helping people find great jobs :) Great Hours and Benefits. The company really cares about you and seeing you succeed in your role.

      When your in ramp mode, you might have to work late hours

      Great hourly rate, landed me a two-year contract with Google, friendly and helpful staff, great communication and experience overall.

      Pros

      Team and peers were amazing to work with. Super helpful and collaborative.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was good at a general employee level but not so for management. 70-80 hour workweeks were not uncommon.
